- Many preventive services (like screenings, shots, and yearly “wellness” visits)
OPTIONAL: Part D – Prescription Drug Coverage
Helps cover:
- Cost of prescription drugs
Part D plans are run by private insurance companies but are required to follow rules set by Medicare.
YOU CAN ADD: Supplemental Coverage
Examples: Coverage from a Medicare Supplement Insurance/Medigap which provides services from any doctor any hospital anywhere in the United States that accepts medicare or coverage from a former employer or union.
